<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p><strong>Thinkpath Engineering Services (TES)</strong> is looking for a <strong>Supplier Quality Engineer</strong> to fill an opportunity in <strong>Peterborough, ON.</strong> </p><p><strong>Job Description</strong></p><ul><li>Participate in Core Supplier Management teams for purchase orders, together with the <span class="long-word">Sourcing/Fulfilment</span> and Engineering representatives regarding both Industrial ISO9001 & Nuclear Suppliers CSA N299 QA Programs.</li><li>Work with procurement teams to define and communicate to all stakeholders a roadmap for supplier development activities, identifying the supplier quality tasks to ensure the right supply chain performance to meet business objectives.</li><li>Track and drive progress against roadmap commitments, with regular reports to stakeholders and management.</li><li>Execute activities to drive safety, quality and compliance excellence and support delivery and cost performance, within the supply base for the assigned product scope.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Proven decision-making and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to achieving results for customers, suppliers, and the team.</li><li>Proven SQE experience with manufacturing of electrical & mechanical components of rotating machines for industrial and nuclear QA Programs (ISO9001 and CSA N299).</li><li>Good fundamentals in quality, operations/supply chain, or project management within a manufacturing environment, with the proven competency to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and standards, customer/supplier's RFQs & Quotes, and quality documents.</li><li>Proficient in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction at all organizational levels.</li><li>Strong commitment to safety, compliance, quality, and lean principles, utilizing industrial quality tools for risk assessment and problem-solving.</li><li>Skilled in creating and delivering reports for stakeholder review.</li><li>Able to organize work with a global team.</li><li>Travel to supplier locations, primarily in Ontario and Quebec, North America.</li><li>Collaborative team player who eager to learn new products & processes continuously.</li><li>Diploma or degree in manufacturing, engineering, or a relevant technical field from an accredited institution, or possesses equivalent credentials.</li></ul></div>Company Description<div>Thinkpath Engineering Services, LLC (TES) has been a global leader in Engineering and Design Services since 1977.
