The incumbent will control the rental, maintenance, repair and return of property, construction equipment and vehicles. The Logistics Coordinator will spend 75% of his time in the site office and the remaining 25% in the field. Construction site located in Beaupré, Québec.</span></p><p><span></span></p><p><span><span>Do you have what it takes? </span>Positive energy and...<em> </em></span></p><ul><li><span><em>5 to 7 years of experience on large-scale projects (in renewable energies (an asset) <br></em></span></li><li><span><em>Excellent communication skills, capable of building and maintaining harmonious working relationships;<br></em></span></li><li><span><em>Excellent team management and conflict resolution skills;<br></em></span></li><li><span><em>High geographic mobility; <br></em></span></li><li><span><em>Valid driving license;<br></em></span></li><li><span><em>A varied knowledge of construction machines (an asset);<br></em></span></li><li><span><em>Good knowledge of Excel and Outlook</em></span></li></ul><p><span><span>What you will do to complete this mission successfully:</span></span></p><ul><li><span>Receive goods and check their quality before storage or distribution on site;<br></span></li><li><span>Efficiently organize the shipping of products;<br></span></li><li><span>Monitor stock levels;<br></span></li><li><span>Implement management and monitoring tools for logistics activity, such as dashboards;<br></span></li><li><span>Avoid additional costs by keeping an eye on possible price changes and fluctuations in delivery costs;<br></span></li><li><span>Define and deploy corrective actions in the event of a malfunction in overall logistics on site;<br></span></li><li><span>Coordinate and implement logistical action plans;<br></span></li><li><span>Anticipate any delivery delays by planning the management of transport and the stakeholders involved;<br></span></li><li><span>Ensure the application of standards and procedures in force in the sector of activity;<br></span></li><li><span>Select suppliers and subcontractors with whom to negotiate advantageous contracts;<br></span></li><li><span>Plan equipment needs based on the needs of the site team in collaboration with the superintendent and the foreman;<br></span></li><li><span>Plan and schedule delivery applications;<br></span></li><li><span>Manage the fleet in coordination with the regional logistics coordinator;<br></span></li><li><span>Updating and monitoring the database with the required equipment and tools;<br></span></li><li><span>Create and maintain the equipment model (forecast) for all equipment suppliers;<br></span></li><li><span>Ensure that the site has all the necessary equipment to carry out the work;<br></span></li><li><span>Manage repairs and return of assets.</span></li></ul><p><span>Borea values are part of the energy landscape.
