*Overview*
We are seeking an Office Assistant to join our team.
This position requires strong administrative and communications skills, and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. The Office Assistant will assist our Office Manager in supporting our daily office and store operations.
*Duties*
* Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and analysis, scheduling, bookkeeping, payroll, accounts receivable and payable.
* Manage the company health & safety program.
* Manage the staff training program.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and communication within the office.
*Qualifications*
* Previous experience in an office setting is preferred but not required.
* Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
* Work competently with Microsoft Excel and Word.
* Excellent customer relations skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
* Valid driver's license and vehicle to travel to and from our bank branch.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.70-$20.70 per hour
Expected hours: 35 ? 40 per week
