We are currently seeking passionate, Good vibes and self-motivated individuals to join our sales team. We Are Currently Hiring for full-time and part-time position for our Steinbach location. We are seeking applicants with a minimum of 1 year of Retail experience either in the vape or cannabis industry and Full-time availability. Successful Candidates will be contacted for an interview! thank you for your time and good luck to everyone on indeed! *Job description* *what we look for in individuals.* - Confident and comfortable in learning and conversing about all types of cannabis products + e-cigarette products. - Provide a positive vibe to customers and lead them through the flamingo experience. - Processing payments for all transactions of goods and product, issue receipts, refunds), credits and change (POS System) , complete inventory counts. - Establish knowledge about pricing of high selling product and comparable products. - Maintain a safe and professional work environment - Verify customer age and identification, while maintaining confidentiality - Continue to enhance knowledge of cannabis and contuses learning throughout employment. - Unpack, sort, and count all shipments. - Maintain the sanitization and cleanliness of the store · Assist the Manager / Assistant Manager with other tasks · Other duties as assigned *CANDIDATE MUST HAVE* - Manitoba Smart Choices Certificate - Excellent problem-solving skills - Excellent phone manner - One to Two years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience, in the customer service industry - Must be able to provide exemplary customer service and knowledgeable service - Must be able to pass a full background and security screening check - Must be 19 years or older with valid Identification - Build and maintain cannabis knowledge and stay current with industry research and trends - Have a strong passion for or interest for cannabis - Must have a flexible schedule, able to work nights and weekends - We thank all those who apply, please be aware that we will only be contacting the successful candidates. *Job Types: *Full Time *Salary:* $13.50 to 14.00 during trial period. *Benefits:* * Casual dress * Health Benefits after probation period. *Schedule:* * Open Monday to Sunday availabity * On call * Weekend availability * Overtime Availability Work Remotely * No Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $15.80-$16.00 per hour Shift: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Night shift Work days: * Holidays * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed * Weekends only Experience: * Retail Associates & Cashiers: 2 years (required) * customer service: 2 years (required) * sales: 2 years (preferred) Work Location: In person
