<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p><strong>Role Description</strong></p><p>This is a full-time on-site role for an Intermediate Accountant at ACCPAS Professional Corporation located in Ottawa, ON.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Your responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare tax returns for individuals, corporations, and other entities, demonstrating in-depth tax expertise.</li><li>Serve as an intermediate auditor for various audit, review, compilation, and other certification engagements.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Your qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or an equivalent qualification.</li><li>CPA (Chartered Professional Accountant) designation.</li><li>Minimum of two years of experience in an audit firm.</li><li>Experience and proficiency in preparing Canadian tax returns for individuals and corporations.</li><li>Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Canadian Auditing Standards (CAS).</li><li>Knowledge of Caseware, CaseView, and Taxprep software (an asset).</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Your skills</strong></p><ul><li>Strong technical skills.</li><li>Exemplary organizational and methodological abilities.</li><li>Excellent communication, with marked proactivity and anticipation skills.</li><li>Results-oriented with a strict adherence to budgets and deadlines.</li><li>Integrity and a strong sense of responsibility.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Compensation package</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive salary</li><li>Vacation weeks based on your professional experience</li><li>Casual dress code</li><li>Personal days bank</li><li>Group insurance</li></ul></div></div>- LocationOttawa, ON
