Thank you for your visit.* *What you?ll be doing:* The Influencer Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing campaigns for Transformer Table across social media channels, working under our Influencer Marketing Manager. * Influencer marketing: Develop and execute influencer marketing and affiliate marketing strategies and creative campaigns for all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest), identify and build relationships with prominent influencers using Grin (or similar software) Influencer Marketing Software, negotiate fair compensation or product for content, and ensure the relevant agreements & contracts are in place * Project management skills: Effectively manage influencer campaigns, create and communicate campaign briefs to the influencers, approve all influencer content before it goes live to ensure brand alignment, ensure that influencer deliverables are delivered on time, to a high standard * Campaign Analysis: Analyse the end of campaign performance, coming back to the campaign objectives and business goals, and identifying successes and areas for improvement. Keeping track of KPIs and reports * Industry Analysis: Research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audience and users, brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns, keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies and influencers * Teamwork: Work closely with Transformer Table Marketing Media team to create and coordinate influencer marketing strategies that work across different channels, under the guidance of our Influencer Marketing Manager *What you bring to the team:* * Diploma or Bachelor degree in Public Relations, Marketing, or Communications * Minimum 2 year?s experience in Social Media Marketing or Influencer marketing * Proven track record in outreach campaign strategies * Passion for social media * Ability to grasp future trends in social media and act proactively * Knowledge of Grin software is a plus * Strong organizational and time management skills * Outstanding project management skills * Detail-oriented * Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills * Strong verbal and written English communication skills * Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment * Collaborative work-ethic/team player * Creative thinker with a strategic mindset *Some Of The Goods:* * Free lunch every Friday * Regular company social events * Paid personal days * On-site gym * Competitive pay and benefits * Group Health Insurance (medical, dental and paramedical) * Discretionary bonus *Who We Are:* As one of the fastest-growing startup companies in Canada, Transformer Table has championed customer service and client satisfaction.
