Many of our customers shop with us for daily walking shoes and some have orthotics - we give you the tools and support to serve our customers with complete satisfaction. *What You'll Do:* _Much of the content (professional photography) for social media posts is already provided by us_ * Execute creative social media strategies across mainly Instagram and Facebook * Draft email campaigns ready for approval and sending * Utilize our professional photography provided to create engaging content (photos, videos, stories, reels, posts) that reflects the energy and spirit of the running community * Engage with our audience, respond to comments/messages, and foster an online running community. * Collaborate our team for product launches, promotions, and in-store events. * Track analytics and generate reports to optimize content and growth strategies. * Stay updated on social media trends and running culture to keep our content fresh and relevant. *What You'll Bring:* * Proven experience in social media management or content creation. * Passion for running and fitness (you speak the language of runners!). * Strong writing skills and a creative mindset. * Proficiency with social media platforms and tools (Instagram, Facebook, Meta Business Suite, Canva, etc.). * Basic photography/videography and photo-editing skills are a plus. * Ability to work independently, stay organized, and meet deadlines. * Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is an asset. *Perks of the Job:* * A fun and supportive work environment where your ideas are always welcome * Generous employee discounts throughout the store and with some brands we don't carry * Reasonable flexibility on scheduling to maintain work-life balance * Race entries to events we are affiliated with * Be a part of a team that's passionate about making a difference in our community! * Room for professional growth through continuing education * Flexible shifts * Equipment provided This role offers excellent opportunities for growth, with the potential to take on additional related projects through our events.
