*Overview* We are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while managing transactions efficiently. Your ability to communicate effectively and handle cash transactions with accuracy will be essential in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. *Responsibilities* * Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries. * Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for processing transactions. * Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately and efficiently. * Maintain a clean and organized checkout area. * Provide product information and assist customers in making purchasing decisions. * Manage returns and exchanges according to company policy. * Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations. * Uphold high standards of customer service at all times. *Qualifications* * Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred. * Proficiency in using POS systems and handling cash transactions. * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with customers effectively. * Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing customer interactions. * Excellent time management skills to handle peak hours efficiently. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. * A positive attitude and willingness to learn about products and services offered.
