As a Production Planner, you will play a key role in strengthening our processes, by ensuring accurate and optimal planning of our operations. You'll be responsible for organizing production to ensure maximum fluidity and efficiency, on time. You'll be at the heart of production, where your role will have a direct impact on our collective success. You will report directly to the Production Planning and OEM Sales Administration Manager.In this position, you will have the opportunity to:Develop precise production plans based on our capacities, resources and priorities.Analyze and address capacity adjustment needs, if any, to meet the established production plan with the right level of resources.Monitor stock levels to avoid shortages and excess inventory.Validate customer delivery dates with Customer Service based on parts availability and scheduled production.Rapidly implement corrective actions in the event of delays or malfunctions during production.Collaborate closely with production, purchasing & supply, quality, engineering, logistics and maintenance departments to anticipate needs and resolve problems quickly.Identify opportunities for improvement/optimization and implement them, or propose solutions to the appropriate parties if this requires the involvement of other stakeholders.Ready to plan and optimize with flair?
