Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Work site environment: Education or training. Early intervention programming for at-risk youth. Programs dealing with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Programs dealing with Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD). Work setting: Urban area. Various locations. Rural area. Tasks: Prepare reports or case histories. Assess client's relevant skill strengths and development needs. Assist clients/guests with special needs. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : First Aid Certificate. Target audience: Adolescents. Children. Culturally diverse groups. Families. Females. Males. Persons who are blind/visually impaired. Persons who are deaf/hard of hearing. Persons with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI). Persons with an intellectual disability. Persons with learning disabilities.
