*Job Overview*We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented *Human Resources Specialist* to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, including recruiting, employee relations, and training development. This position requires a strong understanding of human resources management principles and the ability to work collaboratively with staff at all levels. *Duties* * Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding. * Assist in developing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and performance. * Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and Quebec labor regulations. * Collaborate with management to address employee concerns and foster a positive work environment. * Conduct HR sourcing activities to identify potential candidates for various positions across our stores. *Qualifications* * Proven experience in human resources management or a related field, preferably in retail or hospitality. * Familiarity with HR software systems or tools (e.g., BambooHR, Gusto, or similar platforms). * Strong organizational and data entry skills with attention to detail. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels. * Knowledge of recruiting strategies and best practices. * Experience in training development is a plus. * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately. * Bilingual in English and French is a bonus. *Join Our Team*Join us in creating a supportive workplace where employees can thrive!
