We are looking for an individual with *Small Engine Repair* background and experience servicing the industry?s top brands: *Honda, Stihl, Toro, Cub Cadet and MTD.* *QUALIFICATIONS* * Minimum 2 years experience working at a Lawn and Garden retailer or a Rental store; or the ability to demonstrate a keen knowledge of Lawn and Garden Equipment. * Superior Customer Service Skills with a ?do what it takes? approach * An excellent problem solver that works well within a team atmosphere or individually * An ability to thrive in a fast paced environment * Ability to prioritize tasks * Excellent time management skills *DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES* * Inspect, test, maintain and repair a variety of equipment including chainsaws, trimmers, leaf blowers, tillers, hedge trimmers, snow blowers, walk behind mowers and riding mowers * Provide recommendations and estimates to customers regarding repairs * Keep work area clean and organized * Attend manufacturers training as required * Clean and wash equipment * Attend store meetings, training sessions, etc We offer an excellent wage and benefits program with an opportunity for unlimited growth for the right candidate.
