*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and experienced café manager who has experience making bubble tea, smoothies, waffles, crepes, and cocktails juices. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service and hospitality, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. As the café manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. *Responsibilities* * Oversee daily café operations to ensure efficiency and quality service. * Manage and train café staff, fostering a positive team environment. * Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas. * Develop and implement menus that reflect customer preferences while adhering to budgetary constraints. * Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly. * Monitor inventory levels, placing orders for supplies as needed to maintain stock. * Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and presentation. * Handle cash management and financial reporting as required. *Experience* * Proven experience in a cafe or a similar role within the food service industry. * Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. * Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality. * Experience in kitchen operations, including food preparation and cooking techniques. * Ability to manage a team effectively, promoting collaboration and motivation among staff. * Bartending experience is a plus but not required.
