We are seeking a motivated *Sales Associate* to join our growing team. *Job Description* The *Sales Associate* will be responsible for researching, pricing, and purchasing vehicles from customers looking to sell. This is a high-volume sales role requiring strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and a passion for the automotive industry. *Key Responsibilities* * *Vehicle Pricing and Purchasing:* * Conduct daily research to determine current market prices for new and used vehicles. * Evaluate and buy vehicles from customers who are looking to sell, ensuring accurate pricing and preparation. * *Customer Engagement:* * Provide excellent customer service to engage with daily walk-in clients. * Build trust and rapport with customers to facilitate successful transactions. * *Sales Preparation:* * Prepare vehicles for pricing and ensure proper documentation before customer appointments. * Assist in the coordination and organization of vehicles at both office locations. *Qualifications and Skills* * *Licensing:* * OMVIC license is encouraged but not required. * *Experience:* * Previous car sales experience is encouraged but not mandatory. * *Skills:* * Strong research and analytical skills for market price evaluation. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers effectively. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. *Work Locations* * Split time between the Brampton and Scarborough offices based on operational needs. *Compensation* * Competitive salary with additional incentives and commission based on performance. *Why Join IQ Cars?* * Be part of a dynamic and growing team in the automotive industry. * Gain valuable experience in vehicle sales and customer service. * Opportunities for growth and development within the company.
