We are looking for a very detail oriented, organized, French and English speaking individual with excellent customer service skills to join our team. You will be a part of our sales team, working with customers to bring flowers and plants to their stores. *Responsibility* * Answer phones, respond to emails and voice messages, and attend to issues that may arise in a timely and professional manner. * Enter orders, process order forms, and ensure product availability * Be knowledgeable of products being sold, product substitutions, and what needs to be sold * Be a good representation of the company in your interactions with customers. * Attend to any take offs or add-ons, handle issues as they arise. * Problem solving: put out ad-hoc fires * Collaborate with Purchasers and other Sales Representatives as need be *Requirements* * 1-2 years similar experience (floral experience an asset) * Bilingual: French and English * Accuracy and detail oriented is essential * Excellent Communication & interpersonal skills * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment. * Intermediate Computer Skills (w/ MS Office knowledge and fast keyboard/typing skills) * Intermediate Excel Skills * Quick learner * Team player Compensation: Based on experience of the candidate. Job Type: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm (may be later during busy seasons) Position Start Date: December 2024 Please only apply if you live within the Niagara Region and have your own transportation.
