Education: Bachelor's degree. Work setting: Office. On-site customer service. Various locations. Relocation costs not covered by employer. Tasks: Install equipment. Interpret blueprints or other instructions to plan methods or sequences of operation. Maintain equipment. Read blueprints or other instructions to determine work requirements. Service equipment. Set up and operate specialized and standard test equipment to diagnose, test and analyze the performance of electrical and electronic components, assemblies and systems. Complete work orders, test and maintenance reports. Computer and technology knowledge: Data analysis software. AutoCAD. MS Excel. MS PowerPoint. MS Word. MS Office. Equipment, eystems and controls experience: Robotic equipment and systems. Electric motors, generators, drives and motor controls. Navigation equipment and systems. Electronic testing equipment and systems. Industrial processes. Area of specialization: Testing. Installation. Operations or production. Repair. Troubleshooting.
