As a Sheet Metal Worker, you will use your mechanical expertise to work with a variety of metals in fabricating and machining parts for our heating, cooling, and indoor air quality systems. Your skills will directly contribute to the quality and precision of our products, helping us meet and exceed our customer?s expectations. *Responsibilities:* * Strong working knowledge of both furnace and refrigerant systems * Mechanical and electrical knowledge an asset * Excellent organizational and communication skills including both oral and written * Professional customer service and proven time management skills * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Physical ability a minimum lift 75 lbs * Basic computer skills, including email * Install high-quality heating, cooling, and indoor air quality equipment. * Handle all brands and models of HVAC systems. (specifically Lennox furnaces.) * Maintain clear communication with your manager and team. * Ensure your company truck and inventory are well-maintained and organized. * Complete all paperwork accurately and efficiently. * Participate in the on-call rotation and maintain a professional appearance. * Engage in ongoing training to advance your skills and knowledge. * Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or issues promptly. *Qualifications:* * Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC installation (residential and commercial). * *Mechanical and electrical knowledge* a plus, especially in furnace and refrigerant systems. * *Sheet Metal and/or Gasfitting tickets* are highly desirable. * Strong communication and organizational skills, both oral and written. * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, but also as part of a close-knit team. * Ability to lift up to *75 lbs* and work in various conditions (extreme temperatures, noisy, dusty environments). * Valid driver?s license with a clean driving record. * Basic computer skills (email, basic software). * *Bonus Potential* based on performance and company growth. * *Growth Opportunities* as we expand our services and customer base. *Why Join Us?* * *Small Business, Big Potential*: As a locally owned business, we offer a tight-knit, supportive team environment where you can make a real impact.
