I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent in the Greater Montreal area. <br>Our team of finance experts speaks your language and works in your environment. We cover the finance, accounting and payroll professions. <br> <br>I'm looking for a trust accounting clerk for my client in downtown Montreal. This is a permanent, face-to-face contract in the heart of downtown. <br> <br>Your responsibilities: <br> <br>- Supervise the daily operations of trust accounts; <br>- Make deposits to trust accounts and record transfers received in trust accounts. <br> trust accounts; <br>- Coordinate with institutions, staff and lawyers on all trust account investments <br> trust accounts and update records accordingly; <br>- Respond to requests for information from staff members, lawyers and banks <br> banks, as required; <br>- File/digitize all documents related to trust accounts as required. <br> as required; <br>- Complete the Bar's annual trust account forms, and <br> prepare trust account analysis reports as required; <br>- Support department colleagues in billing matters; <br>- Perform various tasks related to accounting and/or administration to support the the team.</p><p>Skills and experience required: <br> <br>- Diploma of Collegial Studies (D.E.C.) or equivalent in accounting, <br> finance or related field required; <br>- Basic accounting skills; <br>- At least 1 to 3 years' experience in accounting; <br>- Experience in a professional services organization is an asset; <br>- Knowledge of Maître software is also an asset; <br>- Fluency in French and English (spoken and written); <br>- Computer literate (Office Suite); <br>- Positive, results-oriented, solution-oriented and customer service-oriented attitude; <br>- Ability to work as part of a team, be autonomous, meticulous, rigorous and organized <br> organized; <br>- Ability to deliver a high volume of work in a short time. <br> <br>PROCESS: First interview with Hugo LANDO, Recruitment Consultant, then with HR and the Financial Controller. <br>To apply: www.fedfinance.ca</p>
