At Woolcott Real Estate, we pride ourselves on being a leader in the real estate industry, offering unparalleled service to our clients. We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented *Marketing Specialist* to join our dynamic team and help us elevate our brand presence across multiple channels.
The successful candidate will work alongside our Marketing Director, leading the way in all things digital and social.
*Key Responsibilities:*
_*Social Media Management*_
* Oversee and manage all social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
* Develop and execute engaging social media strategies to grow followers and increase engagement.
* Monitor trends and adjust strategies to stay relevant in the market.
_*Paid Social Media Advertisements*_
* Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across social media platforms.
* Track and report on ad performance, ensuring ROI targets are met.
_*Google Ads (Preferred)*_
* Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns as needed to drive web traffic and lead generation.
_*Print Advertising / Manage All In-House Marketing Materials*_
* Manage weekly and monthly print ads
* Create client-facing and internal marketing materials using Canva, InDesign, Illustrator
_*Reporting & Analytics*_
* Compile and analyze performance reports for social media, email campaigns, and advertisements.
_*Event Management*_
* Plan and coordinate real estate events, open houses, and community engagements.
* Ensure events are well-promoted and executed seamlessly.
_*Content Creation*_
* Design and produce visually appealing social content for social media and marketing campaigns.
* Coordinate and brainstorm ideas for content shoots with third-party video team
* Collaborate with team members to develop compelling messaging that resonates with the target audience.
_*Email Marketing*_
* Create and send biweekly email campaigns to our real estate database
* Monitor and track open and engagement rates
* Design beautiful email campaigns leveragign Mailchimp
*Qualifications:*
* Proven experience in social media management and paid advertisements.
* Proficiency in tools like Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp).
* Graphic design skills and proficiency with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Event planning experience is an asset.
* Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus.

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
