\*\* Please note this position is for our other clinic - Active Recovery Sports Injury & Physiotherapy in Courtice! \*\* Responsibilities: - Greet and check-in patients at the front desk - Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar - Collect and update patient information in electronic medical records - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents - Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries or direct calls to the appropriate staff member - Coordinate referrals to other healthcare providers as needed - MVA & WSIB billing - Ensure a clean and organized office environment Requirements: - Previous experience working in a multidisciplinary office setting is preferred - Proficiency in using electronic medical records systems (Jane app currently being used in clinic) - Strong administrative and organizational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping - Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus If you are a motivated individual with a passion for providing excellent patient care, we encourage you to apply for the position of Physiotherapy Clinic Manager.
