Located in the heart of North York's business district, this client-service focused firm provides expert advice to some of the largest home and condominium developers nationally. About the Role Supporting two lawyers, the successful candidate will be responsible for the oversight of an entirely transactional corporate commercial practice: Prepare and file articles and corporate documentation related to complex incorporations, amendments, continuances, amalgamations, dissolutions, changes in corporate structure and transactions.
