Job details
Education: College/CEGEP. Tasks: Address and document symptoms and changes in patients' conditions. Collaborate with members of an interdisciplinary health team to plan, implement, co-ordinate and evaluate patient care in consultation with patients and their families. Deliver health education programs. Dispense and administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician. Manage home care cases. Supervise licensed practical nurses and other nursing staff. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Physically demanding. Standing for extended periods.
