We are currently looking for a Full Time Store Manager at one of our high traffic locations in the Simcoe-Muskoka area. Applicants should have reliable transportation, Tim Hortons experience, and previous Management experience in a high traffic quick-service environment. We currently own four restaurants located in Barrie, Innisfil, Port Severn, and Waubaushene. The ideal candidate is: * friendly * positive * responsible * comfortable working on a team in a fast paced environment * proficient multitaskers * possess excellent communication skills * has access to a vehicle * has proven leadership skills and work history * willing to move to other locations within our organization as needed *Responsibilities* * Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food service and customer satisfaction. * Manage and train staff, fostering a positive team environment through effective communication and leadership. * Handle inventory management and food handling procedures, adhering to safety and quality standards. * Utilize POS systems for efficient order processing and financial reporting. * Conduct interviews and onboarding for new team members, ensuring a skilled workforce.
