Job Overview: We are seeking a talented and creative Designer to join our team. As a Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging designs across various mediums. Responsibilities: - Develop and create designs for print and digital media, including advertisements, brochures, websites, social media graphics, and more - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet client expectations - Utilize design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, and Adobe After Effects to create high-quality designs - Incorporate typography, color theory, and layout principles to create visually appealing designs - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design - Assist in the creation of motion graphics and 3D animations when required - Conduct research and gather inspiration to inform design concepts - Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across different platforms Requirements: - Proven experience as a Designer or similar role - Proficient in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe After Effects, Maya, etc. - Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work - Knowledge of construction painting techniques is a plus - Familiarity with motion graphics and 3D animation is preferred - Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles - Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams - Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines - Degree in Design or related field is preferred but not required At our company, we value creativity and innovation.
