<p>Posting Number: T24/25-225 - Round 2<p>Description: French Immersion Teacher - Grade 4<p>Location : Fernie, BC<p>Contract Type : Full-time Temporary (1.0 FTE)<p><p>Salary Range: The starting annual salary for this full-time teaching position ranges from $63,357 to $112,345, with placement on the range based on length of service and qualifications in accordance with the collective agreement.<p><p>Benefits: We offer a competitive benefits package and pension.<p><p><p>Terms and conditions pursuant to the Collective Agreement between the Cranbrook and Fernie Teachers' Association and School District No. 5 (Southeast Kootenay).<p>-Preference will be given to applicants with BC Teacher Certification. <p>-Must have a degree/formal training and/or teaching experience in subjects and at a level specific to each posting. <p><p><p>Job Summary: <p>French Immersion Teacher - Grade 4<p> <p> <p>1.0 FTE temporary contract, starting January 7, 2025 or upon completion of the posting process to June 27, 2025.<p><p>Must be bilingual and have a degree/formal training and or teaching experience in French Immersion at the Intermediate level.<p><p>Please note that all work will be on site.<p><p><p><p>INTERNAL APPLICANTS<p>All internal applicants must complete a profile and apply for this position using the Job Posting Web found on your PowerSchool web portal.<p>EXTERNAL APPLICANTS<p>All external applicants are invited to apply through Make a Future.
