*Job Summary* 2ZStudio is looking for charismatic Dance Instructors to join our team. The ideal candidate is experienced with and has a patient approach to teaching children, accompanying a passion for dance. This is a part-time role teaching drop-in lessons for kids aged 6-12. Candidates will oversee groups of 3-10 students, ensuring student safety, positive communication with clients, and an engaging experience for all students. Dancers of any style are invited to apply. Our team prioritizes a welcoming attitude towards students and reliability working in a team, and we are excited to provide you the resources for a quality classroom environment to grow as a dancer and teacher with the style you are most passionate about. *Responsibilities* * Educate students in one or various dance styles, including ballet, K-pop, hip-hop, and/or contemporary. * Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation from all students regardless of skill level. * Report to a supervisor on lesson plans, parent communication, and student concerns. * Maintain a safe and clean classroom space conducive to learning and dancing. * Collaborate with other instructors to enhance the overall dance program. *Qualifications* * Background Education/Training in Dance * Experience teaching or leading children between 6-12 * Ideally bilingual in English/Mandarin * Must be at least 16 years old * Patient, thoughtful procedure with young students * Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with students of all ages. * Ability to create lesson plans that are educational, fun, and age-appropriate.
