With an extensive retail network in China, Japan, Korea, Southeast Asia, the United States and Canada, as well as a fast-growing smart retail business, the Group is implementing effective online-to-offline (?O2O?) strategies to succeed in today?s omni-channel retail environment. *Chow Tai Fook Fairview Mall is looking for an Assistant Store Manager.* Duties: * Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily retail operations * Support the Store Manager in supervising and training staff, fostering a positive work environment * Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues with professionalism and efficiency * Implement sales strategies to achieve targets and increase revenue * Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff * Train, supervise, and motivate store staff to provide excellent customer service * Build strong sales and service relationships with customers in all aspect of store operations * Create a learning environment to coach and develop our Retail Team Members * Ensure adherence to store policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations *Requirements:* * Bachelor?s degree in management, human resources, or a related field * 1-2 years of management experience, preferably in retail * Experience in HR-related tasks such as hiring, performance management, and daily operations * Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team * Strong organizational and time management skills * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Proficient communication skills in Chinese is preferred \*Indeed is the only hiring platform for Toronto Chow Tai Fook.\* Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Expected hours: 35 ? 40 per week Additional pay: * Overtime pay Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Education: * Bachelor's Degree (preferred) Experience: * management: 1 year (preferred) Language: * Mandarin (preferred) Work Location: In person
