_Clarinet Instructor _ BaoBao Arts Centre is an arts and music school based in central Port Coquitlam. We are looking for a qualified clarinet teacher to run the year round clarinet program. The chosen candidate would have at least a bachelor's degree in clarinet performance with 5 or more years of experience teaching students of ages 5-19. We are looking for a passionate music teacher that can help our students excel in musicality, expression, technique, and confidence. Currently the work schedule is confirmed for Tuesday and Thursday 1:30-2:30pm. The hired teacher would have opportunity to expand the program and increase additional teaching hours. Qualifications: -At least a bachelor degree in music education or clarinet or woodwind performance -Experience and knowledge in teaching kids ages 5-19 -Experience working with group and ensembles -Passionate teacher with wide knowledge in many genres of music -At least 5 years of experience of teaching - Familiar with the RCM curriculum -Active communicator with administrative staff -Punctual -Responsible -Kind -Passionate Job Types: Part-time, Contract Contract length: 12 months Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour Education: * Bachelor's Degree (preferred) Experience: * teaching: 5 years (preferred) Work Location: In person- LocationPort Coquitlam, BC
