Later fulltime employment with our direct client<strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Job Summary:</strong> We are seeking a seasoned DevOps Engineer with over 5 years of experience in administering and architecting cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will provide Azure Cloud Architecture oversight, drive application migration from on-premise to the cloud, and set up new projects in Azure. This role involves organizing resources under one subscription group, establishing cloud resource nomenclature standardization, and providing visibility and monitoring on cost consumption across all cloud-hosted applications.</p><p><strong>Primary Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Azure Cloud Architecture Oversight:</strong> Provide expert guidance and oversight for Azure cloud architecture.</li><li><strong>Application Migration:</strong> Drive the migration of applications from on-premise to the cloud.</li><li><strong>Project Setup:</strong> Set up new projects in Azure and organize resources under one subscription group.</li><li><strong>Standardization:</strong> Establish cloud resource nomenclature standardization.</li><li><strong>Cost Monitoring:</strong> Provide visibility and monitoring on cost consumption across all cloud-hosted applications.</li><li><strong>CICD Pipelines:</strong> Create standardized CICD DevOps pipelines, project structures for Git, and DevOps boards.</li><li><strong>Code Quality:</strong> Set up Sonar to improve code quality.</li><li><strong>Application Resiliency:</strong> Ensure application resiliency through fail-over, fail-back, logging, monitoring, and alerting.</li><li><strong>Auto Scaling & Container Orchestration:</strong> Set up auto-scaling and container orchestration based on future growth needs.</li><li><strong>Deployment Management:</strong> Handle deployments to QA, demo, and production environments.</li><li><strong>User Authentication:</strong> Assist with user authentication, federation, and SSO setup.</li><li><strong>Azure Data Factory:</strong> Assist with Azure Data Factory setup.</li><li><strong>Scripting & Automation:</strong> Utilize hands-on scripting experience to assist with various automation needs.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Over 5 years of experience in administration and architecting cloud infrastructure.</li><li>Proven expertise in Azure cloud architecture.</li><li>Experience in driving application migration from on-premise to the cloud.</li><li>Strong understanding of cloud resource nomenclature standardization.</li><li>Proficiency in creating standardized CICD DevOps pipelines and project structures.</li><li>Experience with Sonar for code quality improvement.</li><li>Knowledge of application resiliency practices, including fail-over, fail-back, logging, monitoring, and alerting.</li><li>Ability to set up auto-scaling and container orchestration.</li><li>Experience in managing deployments to various environments.</li><li>Familiarity with user authentication, federation, and SSO setup.</li><li>Experience with Azure Data Factory.</li></ul><p>Strong scripting skills for automation.</p><p> </p></div>Company Description<div>Sivudu INC (A Subsidiary of SIVUDU LLC, USA. <span class="long-word">https://sivudullc.com),</span> a premier provider of IT employment placement services, is dedicated to seamlessly connecting our direct clients with top-tier IT professionals.
