<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p>Hello RECE's and OCT's,</p><p>We are looking for an Ontario CECE, good standing holder of their RECE. The position is for someone to be able to work shifts between the hours of 7:00 AM and 6:00 P.M, Monday to Friday along with special after-hour events throughout the year. e.g. 7:00-4:00PM, 8-5PM, 9-6:00 PM, 7:30-4:30PM.</p><p>The position is Monday to Friday and Full Time Shift</p><p>We are looking for the flexible candidate to be energetic, extremely clean & organized as well have the ability to work independently and loves to stay in shape.</p><p>The position could become a permanent position; only serious educators will be offered the permanent position.</p><p>No phone calls are accepted regarding the position.</p><p>1. Strong knowledge of child development and HDLH.</p><p>2. Be competent in developing age-appropriate learning experiences</p><p>3. Demonstrate strong skills in communication and engagement</p><p>4. Thorough understanding of licensing standards</p><p>5. Must be able to work between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM</p><p>6.<strong> Minimum 1 years being EMPLOYED in a license childcare centre in Ontario</strong></p><p>7. Be a positive role model to our students.</p><p>8. Maintain a biased free classroom, have the ability to handle difficult conversations and questions which may arise for children exposed to the media, facilitate growth and independent critical thinking as to a way to cope with the current social climate.</p><p>9. Have the ability to promote self-confidence and self-awareness.</p><p>** We are a Peanut free facility however we do serve Almonds.
