About the Role:eHealth Saskatchewan is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join the Enterprise Systems team as a Junior Application Support Analyst. Reporting to the Manager, Enterprise Systems, the ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting several applications, assisting with day-to-day tasks of the team, technical documentation, and stakeholder management. In addition, the candidate must have an Information Technology background and take pride in delivering strong customer service, troubleshooting, and resolving technology issues that have the potential to impact patient care. The knowledge and skills required for this position would be attained through the completion of a Degree in Computer Science or related area of study. In addition to educational requirements, the successful candidate will have 2+ years of experience working within an integrated IT/Health support environment and supporting applications. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
