*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, with the ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain various HVAC equipment. This role requires mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience in appliance repair, plumbing, and welding. The HVAC Technician will ensure that all systems operate efficiently and comply with safety regulations. *Responsibilities* * Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems * Conduct routine inspections and diagnostics to identify issues with HVAC equipment. * Perform necessary repairs or replacements of components * Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations during installation and maintenance tasks. * Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs. * Maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used and time spent on each job. * Collaborate with other technicians and staff to complete projects efficiently. *Requirements* * Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role. * Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems. * Proficiency in appliance repair, plumbing, welding, and building maintenance tasks. * Familiarity with HVAC systems design and installation processes. * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record may be required for travel between job sites. * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Strong communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
