SummaryThe acquisition marketing team is looking for an experienced strategic marketer to lead wireline acquisition strategy. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic environment with opportunities to drive strategic insights to craft the wireline acquisition marketing strategy and work closely with multiple stakeholders to put it into execution.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive strategic insights by conducting data analysis to understand results, uncover opportunities and develop recommendations to grow market share and manage competitive responsesIdentify and pursue new marketing opportunities (i.e. new programs, campaigns, segments, targeting opportunities, data sources etc.) or improve existing strategies to maximize activationsLead weekly wireline results calls, guiding the team through regional and competitive footprint performance, identify key drivers and opportunities for the execution team to exploreManage and influence multiple stakeholders to secure resources and alignment to support the wireline acquisition marketing strategyConduct deep dive analyses investigating complex and critical business opportunities and propose concrete actions to improve wireline resultsCreate compelling and strategic marketing presentations to obtain buy-in and alignment from executives and key stakeholdersCritical Qualifications2+ years marketing experience, telecommunications experience and/or university degree an assetExpertise in verbal and/or written French an assetStrong business acumen, with an appreciation for the need to analyze information, determine what it means for the business and quickly execute in an ever-evolving competitive environmentHighly organized, detail-oriented, ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced marketAdvanced knowledge of Excel, particularly pivot tablesExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal#EmployeeReferralProgramAdequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.Additional Information:Position Type: Management Job Status: Regular - Full Time Job Location: Canada : Ontario : North York || Canada : Quebec : Verdun Work Arrangement: Hybrid Application Deadline: 02/11/2025 For work arrangements that are 'Hybrid', successful candidates must be based in Canada and report to a set Bell office for a minimum of 3 days a week.
