I?m currently partnering with my client, a leading Canadian provider of commercial HVAC solutions, to support their search for experienced HVAC Mechanics to join their growing Maintenance and Service division. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a reputable, long-standing company that values professionalism, safety, and delivering top-quality service. In this role, you will be the front-line expert, representing the business directly with clients while performing diagnostics, maintenance, and service on a wide range of commercial HVAC systems. *What You?ll Be Doing:* * Diagnose and service HVAC equipment in critical environments, including rooftop units, boilers, chillers, compressors, and cooling towers. * Identify equipment deficiencies and provide recommendations to clients. * Perform start-up and commissioning of new HVAC equipment per manufacturer specs. * Read and interpret electrical diagrams and unit schematics. * Maintain clear and timely communication with customers regarding service updates. * Accurately complete service documentation with a focus on delivering value. * Participate in a rotational on-call schedule as required. *What We?re Looking For:* * Valid 313A Certificate of Qualification. * Open to people in their year 4 or 5 apprenticeship * Gas Technician 2 license (Gas Technician 1 is an asset). * Valid G driver?s license and Working at Heights certification. * Strong diagnostic skills with the ability to prioritize and problem-solve on-site. * Positive attitude with a commitment to exceptional customer service. * Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. *What You Get:* * Company Phone * Company Van Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $60.00 per hour Benefits: * Dental care * Extended health care * Vision care Schedule: * Monday to Friday Application question(s): * Year 4 or 5 of Apprenticeship * Gas Technician 2 License or Gas Technician 1 * Working at Heights Certification Licence/Certification: * 313A Certificate (preferred) Work Location: In person
