Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work setting: Various locations. Lawn care company. Repair and maintenance services. Tasks: Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs. Supervise other workers. Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair. Purchase general and specialized equipment, materials or business services. Lay sod or seed. Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs. Complete administrative duties . Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate. Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Personal suitability: Dependability. Excellent oral communication. Excellent written communication. Organized. Reliability.
