Job details
*Education*: * High school diploma (minimum). * Preferred: Bachelor?s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. *Experience*: * 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the insurance, restoration, construction, or service industry. * Familiarity with digital marketing and lead generation strategies. *Skills*: * Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, SEO, social media platforms). * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Preferred: Knowledge of Google Analytics. * Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. *Responsibilities*: * Develop and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads. * Manage social media accounts and online presence. * Create content (e.g., posts, blogs, emails, ads) tailored to the restoration industry. * Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly. * Build relationships with local businesses and communities for partnerships. *Personal Traits*: * Self-motivated, creative-thinking, results-driven, and able to work independently. * Strong interpersonal skills for networking and collaboration.
