*RESPONSABILITIES:* * Perform regular quality assessments for incoming productions; * Approve pre-production sample * Measure product dimensions, examine functionality and compare the final product to the specifications * Support on product verification and customer claims associated with quality issues; * Respond to product quality related inquiries from variate channels; * Log, track and resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner. * Assist the sourcing and buying departments for inspection, testing, of product and samples; * Give suggestions for improvements of the deviations; * Completing Teck packs * Maintain sample Integrity, Organizer and store samples * Optimize our sample management system, sample data recording *QUALIFICATIONS:* * 1-2 years of experience, preferably accessories ( hats, caps, gloves); * Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, ERP systems * Strong ability to plan workload and to manage priorities; * Thoroughness, detail oriented ; * Strong skills in problem solving; * Independent working Job Type: Full-time Pay: $35,000.00-$45,000.00 per year Benefits: * Dental care * Life insurance * On-site parking * Vision care Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * 8 hour shift Work Location: In person- LocationAnjou, QC
