We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated team player to join our team at *Bay Subaru* as a *Sales Consultant!* The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-lasting relationships with customers as well as becoming an in-depth Subaru product specialist. *Responsibilities:* * Continuously stay updated on product features, specifications, and industry trends. * Be motivated to achieve sales targets and meet performance goals. * Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment. * Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively. * Ensure delivery standards in every transaction to uphold customer satisfaction. * Utilize computer systems, CRM software, and digital tools to streamline sales processes. * Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times when interacting with customers and colleagues. * Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to address inquiries and maintain smooth interactions. *Qualifications:* * Valid OMVIC Certificate. * Valid driver's license with clean abstract. * Previous dealership experience is an asset. * Desire to provide a high level of customer satisfaction. * Ability to embrace a fast-paced work environment. * Strong interpersonal and charismatic personality. * A team player and an active listener. * Highly professional and respectful demeanor.
