Job Description :SENIOR ACCOUNTING CLERK - ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE Victoria The Opportunity You are a results-oriented team player, with sound judgement and problem-solving skills. Working in a fast-paced and demanding environment, you process trade, Travel Agent and Travel Pass Receivables and extra sailing invoicing. You Maintain sub ledgers, producing invoices, preparing related journal voucher including confirming financial coding. As a Senior Accounting Clerk, you are responsible for reconciling general ledger to sub-ledgers, and analyzing documents to identify errors and preparing journal vouchers to correct entries. You also respond to inquires from Commercial travel Card, Travel Card, Trade and Tour operator customers, and resolve disputes related to customers accounts.
