*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our warehouse operations, ensuring that products are received, stored, and shipped accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse distribution and a strong understanding of order fulfillment processes. *Duties* * Operate various warehouse equipment including reach trucks and order pickers to facilitate the movement of goods. * Manage inventory using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track product locations and quantities. * Perform order picking tasks to fulfill customer orders accurately and in a timely manner. * Load and unload packages from delivery trucks, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage. * Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized and safe work environment. * Fabricate packaging materials as needed for shipping products securely. * Assist in maintaining compliance with safety regulations and company policies. *Qualifications* * Previous experience in warehouse distribution or similar roles is preferred. * Familiarity with heavy equipment operation, including reach trucks and order pickers. * Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. * Basic knowledge of order fulfillment processes and warehouse management systems. * Ability to lift heavy packages and stand for extended periods. * Excellent teamwork skills with a commitment to achieving operational goals. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills.
