We're a trusted leader in the automotive repair industry, offering opportunities for professional growth, competitive compensation, and a supportive team culture.</p><p><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p><ul><li>Perform high-quality collision repairs on a variety of vehicles, restoring them to pre-accident condition.</li><li>Utilize industry-leading tools, equipment, and techniques to complete structural and non-structural repairs.</li><li>Communicate effectively with the production team to ensure timely completion of repairs.</li><li>Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace.</li><li>Inspect completed work to ensure it meets Carstar's quality standards.</li></ul><p><strong>What We're Looking For:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Experience:</strong> 2-5 years of auto body collision repair experience required, Registered 2nd or 3rd year apprentice</li><li><strong>Certification:</strong> Journeyperson certification in Auto Body Repair (preferred but not required).</li><li><strong>Skills:</strong> Proficiency in using hand and power tools, knowledge of repair techniques, and attention to detail.</li><li><strong>Attitude:</strong> A strong work ethic, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.</li><li>Valid driver's license</li></ul><p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive wages based on experience and qualifications.</li><li>Comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental.</li><li>Opportunities for ongoing training and professional development.</li></ul><p>Pay: $28.00-$30.00 per hour</p></div>Company Description<div>Busy Collision Repair Facility in beautiful Southern Alberta, offering competitive wages including incentive pay and healthy work life balance.</div></div><h3>Company Description</h3><div>Busy Collision Repair Facility in beautiful Southern Alberta, offering competitive wages including incentive pay and healthy work life balance.</div>- LocationLethbridge, AB
