*Qualifications:*
We are growing and looking for a passionate Technical Project Manager to join our Power Distribution Team. Your overall organization, punctuality, involvement and drive to perform will contribute to advancement within our team. You must have a great attitude, a willingness to learn and the following requirements to be considered for the role:
* 3 years + of experience in a project manager or technical lead role
* Advanced knowledge of Excel and MS word processing programs
* Strong organizational skills including time management
* Must be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
* Ability to prepare schedules and actions plans
* Proven interpersonal skills along with strong written and oral communications skills
* Ability to work in a dynamic environment and complete assignments on time
* Able to work both in a team, and with minimal supervision
* Must work with a high attention to detail and quality
* Experience working in the electrical, engineering or construction industry
* PMP designation is considered an asset
*The successful applicant will:*
* Maintain and organize all aspects of project documentation and reporting
* Manage project contracts, schedules, budgets and milestones as needed
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and senior management
* Coordinate with internal teams to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines
* Monitor project progress, track performance, and ensure deadlines and milestones are met
* Conduct regular quality assurance reviews to ensure work meets technical specifications
* Coordinate and attend all project related meetings
* Prepare cost estimates and track expenses
* Assist with other project financial related functions
* Assist with putting together proposals, project resumes, work orders and reports
* Update and maintain various project related databases
