*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and organized Delivery Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the logistics of product delivery, ensuring that all items are transported efficiently and safely. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The Delivery Coordinator will work closely with the design team, drivers, and customers to ensure a seamless delivery experience. *Duties* * Coordinate and schedule deliveries, ensuring timely arrival of products to customers. * Assist in loading and unloading products, which may involve heavy lifting and moving of items. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any delivery-related issues promptly. * Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including tracking shipments and updating inventory systems. Organization and maintenance of the warehouse. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations during transportation and handling of goods. * Collaborate with the design team to improve delivery processes and efficiency. * Drive delivery vehicle. * Inspect the delivery vehicle regularly. * Add fuel and maintain detailed records of fuel costs and mileage. * Assemble or install items upon delivery. *Qualifications* * Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred. * Ability to perform heavy lifting and moving tasks as required by the role. * Customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals. * Valid Alberta driver's license. * Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing schedules and records. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.
