*Position Overview:* We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Montreal. This hybrid role will involve coordinating shipments, managing logistics operations, and ensuring seamless transportation solutions for our clients. *Key Responsibilities:* * Coordinate daily logistics operations including scheduling, routing, and tracking shipments. * Communicate effectively with carriers, suppliers, and clients to ensure on-time deliveries. * Optimize transportation routes and costs while maintaining high service levels. * Resolve transportation issues promptly and efficiently. * Utilize our integrated TMS and other tools to manage logistics processes. * Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. *Requirements:* * Proven experience (2+ years) in logistics coordination or a similar role. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. * Proficiency in logistics software (experience with Tailwind TMS is a plus). * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. * Knowledge of North American logistics and transportation regulations. * Bilingual proficiency (English and French) is preferred. *Why Join Us:* * Competitive compensation package with benefits. * Opportunity for growth and development in a thriving industry. * Collaborative and supportive team environment.
