In this role, you will be responsible for performing various carpentry tasks related to restoration projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our mission of restoring properties to their former glory. *Responsibilities* * Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials. * Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to execute projects accurately. * Perform flooring installation and ensure proper alignment and finishing. * Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during construction tasks. * Collaborate with other tradespeople on-site to ensure project completion. * Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. * Assist in heavy lifting and moving materials as needed during restoration projects. *Requirements* * Proven experience as a Carpenter in the construction or restoration industry. * Strong understanding of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials. * Ability to read blueprints and schematics with precision. * Familiarity with masonry work is an asset but not required. * Excellent physical condition with the ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
