Our team of professional technicians allows us to provide a full range of Mechanical services to ensure our customers needs are satisfied and expectations exceeded.</p><p>We are looking to add an HVAC Lead Installation Technician to work with our current team. This is a leadership role for a skilled technician from estimating the job through to customer sign off.</p><p>Our work includes installations of residential heat pumps, furnaces, air conditioners, HRV's, Indoor air quality, Commercial RTU's & refrigeration. You will be one of the faces of our company in the field.</p><p> </p><p><b><strong>Job requirements</strong></b></p><ul><li>Refrigeration Red Seal Certification with BC Gas B ticket (or willing to challenge if from another province)</li><li>Design & estimate HVACR systems for residential HVACR clients</li><li>Good work ethic and self motivated</li><li>Establish and maintain positive professional customer relations</li><li>Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently</li><li>Maintain accurate records of work performed</li><li>Valid driver's license</li></ul><p><b><strong>Responsibilities</strong></b></p><ul><li>Design & estimate HVACR systems for <span class="long-word">residential/commercial</span> clients</li><li>Take ownership of residential HVAC installations from pre-job preparation through to commissioning and customer sign-off. Ensure every installation meets our quality and safety standards.</li><li>Maintain high standards on the job site and support the development of junior technicians</li><li>Diagnose and repair issues with <span class="long-word">commercial/residential</span> HVACR equipment</li></ul><p><b><strong>Additional information</strong></b></p><ul><li>Competitive wage from $85,000 per year depending on experience </li><li>Benefits after 3 months employment</li><li>Profit Share program after 6 months employment</li><li>Skills <span class="long-word">training/development</span> after 1 year employment</li><li>Service vehicle assigned for use</li><li>Logo work shirts provided</li></ul></div></div>- Location Golden, BC
