<p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;font-size:12pt;">Securiguard is hiring for a full-time<strong> Security Operations Center Supervisor</strong>. The Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the <strong>National Operations Support Center (NOSC),</strong> ensuring that all communications, monitoring, and support functions are performed efficiently and effectively. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, lateral thinking and a deep understanding of security operations and technology.</span></p><p><span style="font-size:12pt;"><strong><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;">What would you do:</span></strong></span></p><ul><li style="line-height:150%;"><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;font-size:12pt;">Provide daily leadership, coaching, and performance support to all NOSC Operators.</span></li><li style="line-height:150%;"><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;font-size:12pt;">Oversee all NOSC activities, including system monitoring, alarm verification, incident coordination, and response escalation.</span></li><li style="line-height:150%;"><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;font-size:12pt;">Maintain continuous situational awareness of security events, technology alerts, and operational issues.</span></li><li style="line-height:150%;"><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;font-size:12pt;">Ensure accurate logging, documentation, and follow-up for all incidents, calls, service tickets, and system events.</span></li><li style="line-height:150%;"><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;font-size:12pt;">Review and validate operator reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to standards.</span></li><li style="line-height:150%;"><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;font-size:12pt;">Monitor shift schedules, maintain adequate staffing levels, and resolve or escalate coverage gaps.</span></li><li style="line-height:150%;"><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;font-size:12pt;">Serve as the primary operational contact for internal departments, field personnel, and external partners.</span></li><li style="line-height:150%;"><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;font-size:12pt;">Coordinate closely with IT, Facilities, Mobile Operations, and Emergency Services to support integrated response efforts.</span></li><li style="line-height:150%;"><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;font-size:12pt;">Liaise with third-party vendors, alarm companies, monitoring centres, and client representatives as required.</span></li><li style="line-height:150%;"><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;font-size:12pt;">Support workflow management, prioritization of tasks, and adherence to response timelines.</span></li><li style="line-height:150%;"><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;font-size:12pt;">Track ongoing issues, maintain status updates, and communicate progress to clients and internal stakeholders.</span></li><li style="line-height:150%;"><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;font-size:12pt;">Assist with compliance checks, system audits, SOP adherence, and quality assurance reviews.</span></li><li style="line-height:150%;"><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;font-size:12pt;">Contribute to meeting departmental KPIs, service levels, and operational goals.</span></li><li style="line-height:150%;"><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;font-size:12pt;">Promote a consistent, professional, and collaborative team environment with strong communication practices.</span></li><li style="line-height:150%;"><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;font-size:12pt;">Support onboarding and ongoing training of new operators to ensure skill development and procedural understanding.</span></li></ul><p style="line-height:115%;"><span style="font-size:12pt;"><strong><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;">What would you bring:</span></strong></span></p><ul><li style- Location Burnaby, BC
