Located at the north side of False Creek, it is owned and operated by the BC Pavilion Corporation, a Crown corporation of the province. This dual-reporting position supports both the Culinary and Concessions teams with a focus on operational compliance, sanitation, and continuous improvement. The Quality Assurance Supervisor actively monitors event operations, conducts inspections and audits, and helps drive best practices in food handling, product holding, and service execution throughout all kitchens, concessions, suites, and club environments.</span></p><p><span style="color: #000000; font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><strong><span style="padding: 0px; line-height: 20.85px;"><span style="padding: 0px;">Essential Responsibilities</span></span></strong><span style="padding: 0px; line-height: 20.85px;"><span style="padding: 0px;">:</span></span></span></p><ul><li style="line-height: 107%;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Monitor and enforce compliance with FoodSafe, WorkSafe BC, and internal safety policies.</span></li><li style="line-height: 107%;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Conduct routine inspections of concession outlets, kitchens, storage areas, and equipment.</span></li><li style="line-height: 107%;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Verify accurate temperature logs, product rotation, labeling, and allergen controls.</span></li><li style="line-height: 107%;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Support corrective actions- Location Vancouver, BC
