[Your First and Last Name]?.\*\*\** *Overview* We are a 50-year-old HVAC service provider specializing in maintenance, installations, and repairs for residential and commercial properties in the Lower Vancouver Area. We're *looking for a motivated fresh HVAC Apprentice* only to join our team. This is a great opportunity for early-stage apprentices eager to start or continue building a career in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning. No extensive prior experience required beyond your current apprenticeship level, but a passion for mechanical work is a must! *Responsibilities* * Work on installations, repairs, and maintenance of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems, refrigeration system including walk-ins, ice machines and water fountains. * Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues. * Provide routine inspections, cleaning, and servicing of equipment. * Maintain a clean and safe work environment on job sites and in our workshop. * Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times. * Communicate with coworkers and customers with respect. * Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and system conditions for ongoing service documentation. Requirements * *Must have proven, hands-on field experience collaborating with engineers and building/maintenance teams. Demonstrable proficiency with diagnostic and hand/power tools is required (candidates should be prepared to discuss or demonstrate practical tool usage during the interview).* * *Living in the Lower Mainland area* (strongly preferred in Vancouver, Burnaby, Coquitlam, New Westminster. Surrey is not included). * *Valid work permit, PR, or Canadian citizenship* (must be legally eligible to work full-time in Canada without restrictions; student permit not acceptable). * *Valid driver's license and clean driving record.* * *Strong interest in HVAC or related mechanical trades.* * *Willingness to enroll in an HVAC apprenticeship program.* * *Physically able to lift up to 80 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in various conditions (indoor/outdoor, heights).* * *Energetic, reliable, punctual, and a team player with good communication skills with fluent English.* * Basic tools and safety gear.
