*About Us* Guest Controls Ltd. is looking to hire a *Shop Manager* to lead daily operations within our shop. We are seeking a motivated individual with strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and hands-on experience with tools and shop environments. *Position Summary* The Shop Manager will oversee shop operations, support production activities, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. This role requires versatility, leadership, and a proactive approach to managing a variety of tasks. *Key Responsibilities* * Oversee day-to-day shop operations and workflow * Coordinate and support repair activities * Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment * Communicate effectively with team members, management, and clients * Ensure quality standards and deadlines are consistently met *Qualifications* * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Proven ability to lead and manage a team * Experience working with hand and power tools * Highly organized with the ability to multitask * Willingness to learn and take on a variety of responsibilities * Valve shop experience is a strong asset *What We Offer* * Competitive compensation (based on experience) * Opportunities for growth and advancement * Supportive team environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year Benefits: * Dental care * Extended health care Licence/Certification: * Driving Licence (required) Work Location: In person- Location Lloydminster, AB
